Did YouTuber target Janhvi Kapoor for supporting Bangladeshi Hindus? Find out

Janhvi Kapoor has come out in support of Bangladeshi Hindus, who have been living in a state of fear due to communal attacks and lynching incidents. She is one of the few film celebs to do so. Soon after her Insta post calling out the communal targeting of Hindu minorities, she was appreciated by lakhs of Hindus from India. "Can we please take a moment and acknowledge Janhvi Kapoor for taking stand for Bangladesi Hindus? People troll her for being nepo kid but she's the one standing up and calling it out when it matters the most," an X user wrote.

Janhvi Kapoor's Insta post was followed by a YouTube video by Dhruv Rathee, whose channel has more than 30 million subscribers. He has been branded anti-BJP and anti-Hindu by the Hindutva brigade for many years now. In the video, he talks about the "fake" beauty of Bollywood celebrities. From nose jobs to breast enhancements, many have gone for cosmetic surgeries, Rathee says in the video. At more than 25 minutes, the video has so far clocked more than 3 million views.

While a section of netizens are accusing Dhruv Rathee of targeting the Peddi and Devara actress only because she supported Bangladeshi Hindus, the fact is that the video mentions many other film celebrities. It's likely that the video was in the making much before Janhvi Kapoor's post.
