Hyderabad Polo & Racing Club Charity Art Exhibition

The Unique confluence of Arena Polo & Art — Match between Golconda 'Tigers Vs Mumbai Warriors Funds raised will be used for Charitable Purpose

Hyderabad, June 1, 2013: Hyderabad city has witnessed a unique confluence of Arena Polo & Art. Hyderabad Polo & Racing Club organized an Arena Polo match between Golconda Tigers and Mumbai Warriors at Gandipet Polo Grounds.

Polo is one of the oldest and exciting sport and is gaining popularity as a premier spectator sport. Hyderabad Polo & Racing Club is working towards encouraging polo and horse riding for over 10 years now and is excited to see enthusiastic and growing number of spectators for the sport.

The event, which was co-organised and supported by Volvo, Marriott and Grey Goose; also saw eminent city-based artist Aziz who displayed his marvelous work and also put-up for sale at the venue. 30 percent of the proceeds from the sale of Aziz's work will go for charitable purpose — for building a school at Shaikpet.
